Heather Larkin, LMHC is a licensed mental health clinician practicing psychotherapy in Massachusetts for more than 20 years. She sees preteens, adolescents and adults.Heather received her BA/MA from Bentley University and her master's degree from Boston College. She completed advanced training at the Duxbury Counseling Centers helping support under resourced children and families.Heather's practice is welcoming both in‑person and online and reflects her commitment to accessibility and client‑centered care. She specializes in supporting adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, impulse‑control issues, relationship conflicts and family conflicts. With a focus on teaching practical tools as well as fostering deeper self‑understanding, Heather guides her clients toward greater resilience, healthier connections, and meaningful growth.
